Main kaafi din se soch rha tha ki fitness ke upar koi essa topic bnau jo yha ke member or readers ke kaam aa sake. So main aaj aap sab ke sath apni kuch knowledge share karunga jo aap dailly routine me use kar sakte hain or isse aapki body ko kaafi phayeda bhi hoga. Agar kisi ke pass koi sawaal ho to woh puch sakta hai main dailly online aata hoon. Sabse pehle yha main kuch Dite share karunga jo umeed karta hoon aapke kaam aayegi uske baad main kuch exercise bhi share karunga.  :punk:

Hmari body ki har problem chahe wo sex related ho ya kisi bhi kism ki bimari like motapa ya jodo ka dard ya kamar dard yeh sab hmari dite se judi hai agar aap apna khana durust kar lenge to aapko kisi bhi kism ke doctor ya hakeem ke pass jane ki jarurat nahi hai.


Dailly routine me aapko chahe koi bhi kisi bhi kism ki problem ho sabse pehle apna dite chat change kar lijiye aapki bimari bhi 50% apne aap thik ho jayegi.


Dite :


Subah uthkar Fresh hone se pehle Dailly kam se kam ek glass boiled water jisme 1 spoon honey, or 1 nimbu daal kar piyo. Isse aapka metabolizm behtar hoga or jo members ko motape ka problem hai unke liye yeh fat burn karne me bhi bohot phayedemand hoga. Din me kam se kam aapko 4-5 ltr paani jarur piyo.

Breakfast me maine dekha hai yha ke almost members heavy breakfast pasand karte hain jisme woh dabakar paranthe khate hain or upar ghee ya makhan dal jaye to kya baat hai haina.  :clown:

Breakfat : Aapko main yeh bta doo ki jo bhi members subah breakfast heavy karna pasand karte hain woh ek tarah se jane-anjane khud hi apni body ko kharab kar rhe hain kyoki ghee, makhan ya kisi bhi tarah ka oilly ya junk food hmari body me mojud calcuim ko dheere-dheere khatam kar deta hai jisse bones kamjor hone lagti hai iska result kya hota hai yeh aapko abhi shayad na bhi nazar aaye lekin in future aapko joint pain, back pain, neck pain ki shikayat lazmi hogi or jin member ko kisi bhi kism ke joint pain ki shiqayat already hai unko to ghee se bani koi bhi chij nahi khani chahiye. isliye jitna ho sake subah protine dite khaye like Oats, Fruit salad, Salad ya phir bread toast but without butter. Dosto aapne suna hoga "Apple a day keeps doctor away" lekin iska means bohot kam log jante honge kyoki yeh sach me bohot phayedemand hai agar aap dailly subah breakfast me 1 apple bhi khate hain to yeh aapki body ki kaafi problems ka ilaaj khud hi kar deta hai kyoki yeh heart ke liye bohot achha hota hai agar aapka heart strong rahega to 1/2 bimari to khud hi thik ho jayengi. Agar possible ho to din me kam se kam 1 apple to jarur khaye isse body me khoon jaldi banne lagta hai uske alawa gaajar, cucumber, Tamatar or shaqarkandi, Anaar or kaale angoor bhi khoon banane me bohot phayedemand hai.  :punk:

Lunch : Lunch aap heavy karna chahe to kar sakte hain lekin behtar hoga ki agar aap saadi roti ke sath daal ya jo bhi kam ghee ki sabji ho woh khaye. Jinko fatness ka problem hai woh Kela, Mango or patato ko khane me avoid kare. aapke liye papita, anaar or kaale angoor or khajoor bohot phayedemand honge.

Evening Tea Time : Yha kuch logo ko bohot jabardast problem hai ki woh agar chaye na piye to unka bura haal ho jata hai lekin dosto yeh shayad aap log nahi jante ki aap jo chaye peete ho woh aapke body fat ko 3 guna jaldi banne me help karta hai isliye jitna ho sake chaye kam se kam piye kyoki itna to mujhe bhi pta hai ki band to aap log bhi nahi karoge.  :whistling: Agar chaye ke option me kuch peena hi chahte ho to aap green tea pee sakte ho ya black coffy pee sakte ho yeh sehat ke liye bohot phayedemand hoti hai or weight lose me bhi kaafi madadgaar hoti hai or jis kisi ko diabities ka problem hai unke liye bhi bohot phayedemand hai.

Dinner : Maine dekha hai kuch log soch hoti hai ki raat ko jitna ho sake daba kar kha le utna kam hai or kuch to itne dheedh hote hain ki jab tak pet phatne ko naa ho jaye woh log khane se uthne ka naam hi nahi lete.  :clown: Lekin dosto raat ko hum hi nahi hmari body bhi rest karti hai jisko hum neend kehte hain agar aap raat me over eating karoge to aapka metabolizm saari raat usko pachane me hi laga rahega to phir woh aapki body ka fat kab burn karega? Isliye behtar hoga sone se kam se kam 2 ghante pehle khana khao or jitni bhookh ho usse kam se kam 1 roti kam khao. Dinner karne se 1/2 ghanta pehle or 1/2 ghanta baad tak paani nahi piyoge to behtar hoga. Dinner Dite me aap daal jarur khao isme carbohydrate and vitamins with protines sab hote hain. Raat ke waqt jo log chawal khate hain unse hath jod kar request hai ki plz agar aapko fatness ya joint pain ya phir back ya neck pain ka problem hai to chawal naa khaye.

Agar aap log hafte me 6 din meri btayi hui dite khaoge to aap khud iska result dekhoge ki aapko aapki body me farak dikhne lagega bina kisi dawayi ke. Haan agar zubaan par jada control nahi kar sakte to hafte me koi bhi ek din aap apni marzi se choos kar sakte hain jisme ki aap apni pasand ka khana kha sakte hain lekin sirf ek time phir chahe woh breakfast ho lunch ho ya phir dinner ho. Baaki poora din aapko meri btayi hui hi dite khani hogi agar aapko behtar result chahiye.

Umeed karta hoon meri share ki hui baate forum ke kisi member ya reader ke to kaam aayengi. Bas dua me yaad rakhna agar aapko isse koi farak pad jaye.  :flowers:

Exercises :

Har problem ki alag exercise hoti hai isliye main yeh sawaal ke aane par hi explain karunga kyoki jaisi jisko problem hogi agar main usko uske problem ke mutabiq hi exercise btau to behtar hoga.

Baki jo log fitt hain unke liye kuch normal exercise bta rha hoon.

Dailly subah kam se kam 2 km ki running jarur karo isse aapki body hamesha wellshape or fitt rahegi. Running ke baad kam se kam 100 push up dailly karo start me i know 100 push up easy nahi honge to aap 20 se start karo uske baad jaise-jaise body support milne lage push ups bhi badhate jao.

Note;- Yeh exercise sirf fitt logo ke liye hain jo already fitt hai or in-future bhi apni body ko fitt rakhna chahte hain jinko joint ya back pain ka problem hai woh yeh exercise na kare unke liye alag exercises hain.

For Weight Gain :-


Jo log mota hona chahte hain unko Dite me subah uthkar dailly 1 boiled potato usme ek banana mix karke khana hai with garam doodh ke sath peena hai Behtar hoga agar aap doodh me cheeni ki jagah gudh daal kar piyenge to isse aapka weight badhne lag jayega. Lekin khayaal rahe yeh khate hue aapko har weak regular apna weight check karna hoga jab lage ki aapne sahi weight gain kar liya hai to yeh khana band kar de. :punk:

baaki agar body me fatness ke sath strongness or tightness bhi chahiye to boxing karni shuru kar do... Iska ek asaan tareeka bta deta hoon jo loh boxing bag afford nahi kar sakte.

Bazaar me aapko furniture banane wale ki shop se 10-15 kg burada asaani se mil jayega usko ek anaaj ki bori me daal le or tight bandh de or bori par thoda sa paani ka chidkaav bhi kar de isse burada bori me achhe se kuch waqt ke liye set ho jayega or bahar nahi girega uske baad aap uss bori ko ghar me thodi height par bandh de or bori ke upar gond ka achhi tarah lep kar de or usko 2 din sookhne do 2 din baad aap uss bori par practice kar sakte hain burada bahar nahi aayega or bori bhi leather jaise mazboot ho jayegi. Jo log kick boxing start kar rhe hain woh boxing se pehle apne hath par patti ya kapda jarur bandh le otherwise aapke hath ki skin chhil sakti hai. Goond i think urdu word hai isliye maine goond word use kiya in english it calls normal "Glue"

Iska ek phayeda or bhi hai agar aap regular kick boxing karte ho to during fight kabhi kisi ko kick ya punch maarkar dekh lena samajh me aa jayega ki yeh kyo jaruri hai.  :devil2:

Wese agar kisi ko fast weight gain karna hai to main niche ek photo share kar rha hoon yeh dawayi aap le sakte hain its completly ayurvedic or koi side effect bhi nahi hai.

Essa kam se kam aapko 25 baar karna hai. Iska ek phayeda or hai jis kisi ka pet bahar nikla hua hai woh bhi ander ho jayega.

Second Exercise me apni body ko zameen par 30 second ke liye ek dum dheela chhorde or lambe-lambe saans le or phir nice dikhayi hui photo jaise apni body ka lower part ko uthakar apne sir ki tarah kar le or esse kam se kam 30 second tak rahe uske baad wapis apni taangey seedhi kar le or 10 second lambe saans leke phir se essa kare. Yeh exercise aapko 10 baar karni hai.

3. Third Exercise me niche dikhayi hui photo ki tarah pehle zameen par seedhe hoke let jaye or uske baad apni body ke middle part ko upar ki taraf utha le or jaise hum upar padi ladki ke niche se stroking karte hain same wahi possition me bar bar apni body ke middle part ko upar ki taraf push kar phir zameen se touch kare phir upar ko push kare essa aapko 50 bar karna hai.

Fourth Exercise me niche dikhayi gyi photo ki tarah pehle dono hath upar karke seedhe khade ho jaye uske apni uppar body ko poori tarah bend karke apne pairo ko touch kare or saans rok kar 10 second wese hi rahe uske baad phir se apni body ko seedha kare or hath upar karke khade ho jaye or phir se apne pairo ko touch kare essa aapko 20 baar karna hai.

5. Last exercise me niche dikhayi gyi photo ki tarah pehle chokdi maar kar beth jaye phir peeth ko seedha rakhe or phir apne pair ke dono talwo ko mila le or uske baad apne dono ghutno ko apne hatho ki madad se niche ki taraf dabaye or apne pet ander ki taraf khich le or apni saans ko 10 second tak rok le or penis balls or ass hole ke bich ki jo nass hai usko ander ki tarah khiche jaise hum Su-Su karte waqt Su-Su ko rokne ke liye karte hain esse aapko 10 second ke liye karke rakhna hai phir apne ghutno ko push karna bhi band karde or penis ke niche wali uss nass ko bhi relax karde 20 second body ko relax kare or phir se iss exercise ko repeat kare essa aapko 20 baar karna hai isse jinko bhi Premature Ejaculation hota hai unko 2-3 din me hi result milne lag jayenge.

Jitna waqt karate class me zaya kar rahe ho better hai koi gym join karke "Cardio Exercise" shuru kare isse jo internal belly fat hai woh burn ho jayega uske baad aap sabse pehle abbs par workout shuru karo sath me jitna ho sake running karo or dailly kam se kam ek ghanta boxing bag par paseena bahao isse punch me bhi jaan aayegi or body shape me bhi rahegi or in future fat bhi kabhi body me nahi jamega.

btw hum cardio exercises b daily karte hai aur kafi se ziada time is me lagate hai . muje ya baki larko ko ase koi khas prob nahi hoi aur hamara paet kafi achi shape me hai but bus mere us donst to hi ye prob aye ai . and uski tond nai nikli hoi just skin + outer muscles ki halki si layer latak si gai hai koi specific exercise hoiski to wo please bata dejye ga .
and Karate bakwas game nai ha buss koi sekhne wala ho aur sekhane wala ho

Ek baat apne friend ko bol dena oilly food ya junk food khata hai to ek dum band karde otherwise exercise par waqt zaya na kare. thanks for links . and so Krav maga is a combination of diff martial art techniques with no rules .
most of the moves shown in the videos are from karate , mauy thai and jiu jitsu diff is we don't normally use them in tournaments due to rules like low kick on leg its ban in karate tournements but its still a part of karate in shotokun known as " yako giri "
so i can say if i mix all those techniques what i know and forget each and every rule i know 70-80% krav maga . although i didn't practiced that much with weapons but i have some experience :smartass:

most of the moves shown in the videos are from karate , mauy thai and jiu jitsu diff is we don't normally use them in tournaments due to rules like low kick on leg its ban in karate tournements but its still a part of karate in shotokun known as " yako giri "
so i can say if i mix all those techniques what i know and forget each and every rule i know 70-80% krav maga . although i didn't practiced that much with weapons but i have some experience :smartass:

Krav maga is basically mixture of Muay thai, Jiu Jitsu, Silat, Wrestling, Boxing, aikido and complete street fighting with combination of Wing chun + MMA Submission moves (Mix Martial arts) and medical science of bodies joints who teach fighters about weakness of the body parts and other all pressure points. Iss tecnique ko bnane ka main maksad tha ki sab martial arts tecnique ke complete deadly moves ko combine karke ek essi tecnique bnayi jaye jisme na koi rule ho na hi koi boundation means ki jarurat padne par or apni jaan bachane ke liye fighter kisi bhi hadh tak ja sakta hai... because its a commando tecnique so during fight rules ka to sawaal hi nahi paida hota kyoki commando fights me jeene or marne ki hadh tak ladayi hoti hai or jeetne wala apni jaan bachane or opponent ki jaan lene ke liye koi bhi deadly move apne opponent par apply kar sakta hai.  :punk:

Wese iski complete training 5 saal ki hoti hai but maine australia se 3 saal ki proffesional training lee hai kyoki aagey ke 2 saal ki training me sirf commando training hi hoti hai jo ki seekhna kisi bhi civilians ko allow nahi hai because usme har tarah ki gun chalane ki complete training di jati hai jisko ki sirf army wale ya policewale hi seekh sakte hain.

Over all as a civillian 3 saal ki training aapko complete human weapon bna deti hai. kyoki 3 saal ki hardcore training me aapko body ka har part as a weapon use karna seekhaya jata hai. yha tak ki by-chance agar krav maga fighter ko koi serious injury ho jane par woh pass me padi koi bhi chij ko as a weapon apne opponent par use kar sakte hai like News papar, Key or Key chain, pathar, table, chair, glass ya bottal kuch bhi jo hath me aaye uthakar woh apne opponent ke face par maar sakta hai i repeat sir par nahi face par jaha har tissue soft hota hai or hitt lagne par serious damage hota hai. Isliye maine kaha ki krav maga or Karate ya taekwando me koi muqable nahi kyoki aapki tecnique me shuru ki prectice se hi esse moves seekhaye jate hain ki deadly fights me fighter apni practice ke according hi ladta reh jata hai. kyoki usne jis body part par shuru se attack karna seekha hai woh wahi attack karega kyoki uske trainer ne rules ko dheyan me rakhkar hi uski practice karwayi hoti hai. but yaar ye sab mujhy pata he issue ye nahen hota ke ke kese karna he issue hota he time ka main din main average 16  hours  work place par hota hon mujhy daily routine main change ki need he .

like i am thinking to go office by cycle  mera office  tarqreeban 25km  he ghar se by walk mujhy 2.5 hours lagty hen i hope cycle se mujhy  1 hour lagey ga  or is se ye sari excersice bhi mostly cover ho jaain gi . kiya kehty ho ?

Cycle chalakar pet kam nahi hoga yeh likh lo if u know hum cycle unko preffer karte hain jinko joint pain ya back pain ka problem hota hai or aapke agar joint or back sahi hai to cycle chalane se bhi aapko same wahi result milega jo long walk se ab tak mila hai means ki taangey hi patli hongi pet kam nahi hoga so cycle chalakar aap apna ek tarah se waqt or energy hi zaya karoge. Behtar hoga ki aap apna routine thoda change karo or apne boss se baat karke dekho ki agar woh aapki day time me duty laga sake to aapka ek achha routine ban sakta hai. Agar woh nahi manta to phir apni health ke liye apko khud hi thoda adjust karna hoga kyoki itna to aapko bhi pta hoga fatness se sirf body ko bimariyan hi milengi phayeda to kuch bhi nahi hoga so behtar hai ki tummy fat ko kam karne ke liye exercise karo. Aap subah kaam se ghar jane ke baad chahe himmat ho chahe na ho dailly routine se meri btayi hui exercise karo or yeh exercise karne me 1 ghante se jada time to lagega bhi nahi. Bekar nahi hai bohot achhi exercise hai yeh bhaijan main khud yeh exercise karta hoon. but jumping rope exercise me problem yeh hai ki iss exercise se jiska weight jada hota hai usko pair ke upar ki leg bone me jarurat se jada pain hota hai kuch ke to soojan tak aa jati hai pairo me jis wajah se woh 2-3 din to regular karta hai lekin uske baad uski himmat jawab de jati hai or phir woh yeh exercise kar nahi pata isliye maine bhi yha yeh exercise kisi ko nahi btayi kyoki mostly log easy exercise hi pasand karte hain jisme pain kam se kam ho or yeh exercise slim logo ke liye to bohot achhi hai but jiska weight jada hai uske liye yeh itni effective nahi hai kyoki woh kar hi nahi pate. :oops:

zind nahen piyary time ki majboori he :) or ye mera fitness ka shoq hi hai jo aap se sab kuch pouch raha hon ager ap kisi bhi bat se agree nahen karta to ye majbori he aap ki qabliat par shaak nahen he

baqi cycle wali bat ap ki samjh aati he ke us ka as such koi faida nahen hona he in case of shape up the body to aap logon ke dosry mashvary par amal karta hon :)

Dexter agar aapko yeh exercise achhi lagi to yeh kar lo am sure iska aapko result bhi achha milega but taango par isse asar padega kyoki iss exercise me sabse jada dum taango ka hi lagta hai so mumkin hai ki start me kaafi pain ho or pairo me soojan aa jaye lekin mera aapko bas ek hi mashwara hai ki agar karo exercise to week me 3 baar nahi daily karo kyoki regularr karne se stemina ban jayega.  :punk:

Start me 100-100 jumps ke 4 set laga lena phir jaise-jaise stemina badhta jaye 100 ka 150 or 150 ka 200 kar dena lekin i repeat jabardasti mat karna body ke sath nahi to pairo me soojan aa jayegi. :yes:

Lagta hai aapne meri baat poori nahi padhi... maine bola to hai ki thandi chije khao jitna ho sake jada se jada glucode piyo or face or sir ko dhak kar dhoop me nikalo isse paseena kam se kam aayega or glucose body ki energy ki recovery bhi karti rahegi.  :yes:

na to koi aesi machines hain yahan... aur na time...

sach pocho... kal sirf 10 minute k liye samne wali shop par chala gya, peeche se 8 customers aese hi chale gaye beghair satisfy howe...

Usko high BP ka problem hai kya?
apni baat ki hain and BP ka koi prob nahi ha bus normal logo se paseena thora (nahi thora nahi bohat) ziada ata hai .
btw this question was just to get some traffic to this thread . aur ye wase bhi aj kal ka aik bara masla hain (garmi wala) lekin koi yaha akar puche ga nahi is lia . btw mujhe paseenay wali aur us k natejay me hone wali dehydration ka abb kafi tajurba ho chuka ha aur apne app ko maintain karna bhi ab seekh chuka ho so don't worry much about this

Mostly log jo mirch masale jada khate hain unko jada paseena aata hai. Agar tum kehte ho ki mirch masale or oilly food nahi khata phir bhi paseena jada aata hai to yeh ho hi nahi sakta. Kyoki hum jaisa food khate hain hmari body bhi same wese hi humko respond karna shuru kar deti hai isliye agar hum masale or oilly food khayenge to naturall si baat hai khoon ki taseer garam hogi jiss body ka temprature badhega or paseena jada aayega so baat ghum phirkar wahi aa gyi jo maine previous post me bola tha ki thandi chije khao. :yes:

Achha hai bhaijaan band kar doge to wese bhi its just a slow poison nothing else... Wese bhi insaan ya to zubaan ka zayeqa bar-qaraar rakh rakhta hai ya achhi or fitt body.

bohat ziada prob nahi hai annually 2-3 din k lia hata hai jab zara ziada bad parhaizi ho jae n pani pena kam kardo to  medicine , rest and thori si diet me ihteyat se set ho jata ha . Doc to har dafa kehta hai but ...........

How to remove appendix problem without any operation :-

Ek tbl spoon methi dana ko 1 ltr paani me daalkar sath me kareeb 20-25 tulsi ki pattiyaan sath me kareeb 1 kali kachi haldi or thoda sa adrak daalkar uss paani ko 30 minutes boil karo or pheer usko chhankar uss paani ko daily khali pet piya karo. subah agar aap dailly 1-2 glass gajar ka juice piyo to woh bhi kaafi phayedemand hota hai. Agar aap hara chana kha sako to woh bhi appnedix me phayedemand hota hai. Agar subah aap 1 katori dahi ke sath 10 kali lehsun ki khaoge khali pet to woh bhi aapki problem ko jad se khatam kar dega. Haldi or Adrak bhi appnedix pain ko khatam karne me bohot helpful hota hai. Agar aap bread khate ho to wheat bread khaya karo its good for appnedix petients agar aap daily yeh sab chije apne khane me shamil karoge to without any operation your appnedix problem will be solved. :yes:

Koi bhi problem badhte-badhte badhti hai bhaijaan isliye yeh kabhi na soche ki ek dum se ho gya. Hamesha koi bhi bimari hone se pehle hi apne Symptoms dena start kar deti hai. Problem hamesha tab badi banti hai jab hum symptoms ko neglect karke apni man-marzi karte hain means hum apne khane ka or fitness ka dheyaan nahi karte phir humko iske in future bure result bhugatne padte hain to hum dusro ko dosh dete hain or medicine ne asar nahi kiya ya doctor achha nahi tha essa nuks nikalte hain. Isliye main hamesha kehta hoon ki hmari body ki har problem pet se judi hui hai agar hum achha or healthy khana khayenge or regular body or fitness ka dheyaan rakhenge to hum hamesha fitt and fine reh sakte hain.
