Main kaafi din se soch rha tha ki fitness ke upar koi essa topic bnau jo yha ke member or readers ke kaam aa sake. So main aaj aap sab ke sath apni kuch knowledge share karunga jo aap dailly routine me use kar sakte hain or isse aapki body ko kaafi phayeda bhi hoga. Agar kisi ke pass koi sawaal ho to woh puch sakta hai main dailly online aata hoon. Sabse pehle yha main kuch Dite share karunga jo umeed karta hoon aapke kaam aayegi uske baad main kuch exercise bhi share karunga.  :punk:

Hmari body ki har problem chahe wo sex related ho ya kisi bhi kism ki bimari like motapa ya jodo ka dard ya kamar dard yeh sab hmari dite se judi hai agar aap apna khana durust kar lenge to aapko kisi bhi kism ke doctor ya hakeem ke pass jane ki jarurat nahi hai.


Dailly routine me aapko chahe koi bhi kisi bhi kism ki problem ho sabse pehle apna dite chat change kar lijiye aapki bimari bhi 50% apne aap thik ho jayegi.


Dite :


Subah uthkar Fresh hone se pehle Dailly kam se kam ek glass boiled water jisme 1 spoon honey, or 1 nimbu daal kar piyo. Isse aapka metabolizm behtar hoga or jo members ko motape ka problem hai unke liye yeh fat burn karne me bhi bohot phayedemand hoga. Din me kam se kam aapko 4-5 ltr paani jarur piyo.

Breakfast me maine dekha hai yha ke almost members heavy breakfast pasand karte hain jisme woh dabakar paranthe khate hain or upar ghee ya makhan dal jaye to kya baat hai haina.  :clown:

Breakfat : Aapko main yeh bta doo ki jo bhi members subah breakfast heavy karna pasand karte hain woh ek tarah se jane-anjane khud hi apni body ko kharab kar rhe hain kyoki ghee, makhan ya kisi bhi tarah ka oilly ya junk food hmari body me mojud calcuim ko dheere-dheere khatam kar deta hai jisse bones kamjor hone lagti hai iska result kya hota hai yeh aapko abhi shayad na bhi nazar aaye lekin in future aapko joint pain, back pain, neck pain ki shikayat lazmi hogi or jin member ko kisi bhi kism ke joint pain ki shiqayat already hai unko to ghee se bani koi bhi chij nahi khani chahiye. isliye jitna ho sake subah protine dite khaye like Oats, Fruit salad, Salad ya phir bread toast but without butter. Dosto aapne suna hoga "Apple a day keeps doctor away" lekin iska means bohot kam log jante honge kyoki yeh sach me bohot phayedemand hai agar aap dailly subah breakfast me 1 apple bhi khate hain to yeh aapki body ki kaafi problems ka ilaaj khud hi kar deta hai kyoki yeh heart ke liye bohot achha hota hai agar aapka heart strong rahega to 1/2 bimari to khud hi thik ho jayengi. Agar possible ho to din me kam se kam 1 apple to jarur khaye isse body me khoon jaldi banne lagta hai uske alawa gaajar, cucumber, Tamatar or shaqarkandi, Anaar or kaale angoor bhi khoon banane me bohot phayedemand hai.  :punk:

Lunch : Lunch aap heavy karna chahe to kar sakte hain lekin behtar hoga ki agar aap saadi roti ke sath daal ya jo bhi kam ghee ki sabji ho woh khaye. Jinko fatness ka problem hai woh Kela, Mango or patato ko khane me avoid kare. aapke liye papita, anaar or kaale angoor or khajoor bohot phayedemand honge.

Evening Tea Time : Yha kuch logo ko bohot jabardast problem hai ki woh agar chaye na piye to unka bura haal ho jata hai lekin dosto yeh shayad aap log nahi jante ki aap jo chaye peete ho woh aapke body fat ko 3 guna jaldi banne me help karta hai isliye jitna ho sake chaye kam se kam piye kyoki itna to mujhe bhi pta hai ki band to aap log bhi nahi karoge.  :whistling: Agar chaye ke option me kuch peena hi chahte ho to aap green tea pee sakte ho ya black coffy pee sakte ho yeh sehat ke liye bohot phayedemand hoti hai or weight lose me bhi kaafi madadgaar hoti hai or jis kisi ko diabities ka problem hai unke liye bhi bohot phayedemand hai.

Dinner : Maine dekha hai kuch log soch hoti hai ki raat ko jitna ho sake daba kar kha le utna kam hai or kuch to itne dheedh hote hain ki jab tak pet phatne ko naa ho jaye woh log khane se uthne ka naam hi nahi lete.  :clown: Lekin dosto raat ko hum hi nahi hmari body bhi rest karti hai jisko hum neend kehte hain agar aap raat me over eating karoge to aapka metabolizm saari raat usko pachane me hi laga rahega to phir woh aapki body ka fat kab burn karega? Isliye behtar hoga sone se kam se kam 2 ghante pehle khana khao or jitni bhookh ho usse kam se kam 1 roti kam khao. Dinner karne se 1/2 ghanta pehle or 1/2 ghanta baad tak paani nahi piyoge to behtar hoga. Dinner Dite me aap daal jarur khao isme carbohydrate and vitamins with protines sab hote hain. Raat ke waqt jo log chawal khate hain unse hath jod kar request hai ki plz agar aapko fatness ya joint pain ya phir back ya neck pain ka problem hai to chawal naa khaye.

Agar aap log hafte me 6 din meri btayi hui dite khaoge to aap khud iska result dekhoge ki aapko aapki body me farak dikhne lagega bina kisi dawayi ke. Haan agar zubaan par jada control nahi kar sakte to hafte me koi bhi ek din aap apni marzi se choos kar sakte hain jisme ki aap apni pasand ka khana kha sakte hain lekin sirf ek time phir chahe woh breakfast ho lunch ho ya phir dinner ho. Baaki poora din aapko meri btayi hui hi dite khani hogi agar aapko behtar result chahiye.

Umeed karta hoon meri share ki hui baate forum ke kisi member ya reader ke to kaam aayengi. Bas dua me yaad rakhna agar aapko isse koi farak pad jaye.  :flowers:

Exercises :

Har problem ki alag exercise hoti hai isliye main yeh sawaal ke aane par hi explain karunga kyoki jaisi jisko problem hogi agar main usko uske problem ke mutabiq hi exercise btau to behtar hoga.

Baki jo log fitt hain unke liye kuch normal exercise bta rha hoon.

Dailly subah kam se kam 2 km ki running jarur karo isse aapki body hamesha wellshape or fitt rahegi. Running ke baad kam se kam 100 push up dailly karo start me i know 100 push up easy nahi honge to aap 20 se start karo uske baad jaise-jaise body support milne lage push ups bhi badhate jao.

Note;- Yeh exercise sirf fitt logo ke liye hain jo already fitt hai or in-future bhi apni body ko fitt rakhna chahte hain jinko joint ya back pain ka problem hai woh yeh exercise na kare unke liye alag exercises hain.

But ek bat ignore kar gaye ho ab agar koi mota hona chahy to?
I mean koi banda zara dubla patla bhi ho hi sakta hai na.
Aur ek yeh bhi k
Mera ek dost bechara kafi dubla sa hai
Main bhi koi zyada mota nahi par ok hai par woh to sukka sa hai ek dam.
Mazay ki bat yeh k
Kafi try kar chuka par woh mota nahi hota. Hai bhi achy ghar ka. Khane peene ki koi tension nahi usko.

For Weight Gain :-


Jo log mota hona chahte hain unko Dite me subah uthkar dailly 1 boiled potato usme ek banana mix karke khana hai with garam doodh ke sath peena hai Behtar hoga agar aap doodh me cheeni ki jagah gudh daal kar piyenge to isse aapka weight badhne lag jayega. Lekin khayaal rahe yeh khate hue aapko har weak regular apna weight check karna hoga jab lage ki aapne sahi weight gain kar liya hai to yeh khana band kar de. :punk:

baaki agar body me fatness ke sath strongness or tightness bhi chahiye to boxing karni shuru kar do... Iska ek asaan tareeka bta deta hoon jo loh boxing bag afford nahi kar sakte.

Bazaar me aapko furniture banane wale ki shop se 10-15 kg burada asaani se mil jayega usko ek anaaj ki bori me daal le or tight bandh de or bori par thoda sa paani ka chidkaav bhi kar de isse burada bori me achhe se kuch waqt ke liye set ho jayega or bahar nahi girega uske baad aap uss bori ko ghar me thodi height par bandh de or bori ke upar gond ka achhi tarah lep kar de or usko 2 din sookhne do 2 din baad aap uss bori par practice kar sakte hain burada bahar nahi aayega or bori bhi leather jaise mazboot ho jayegi. Jo log kick boxing start kar rhe hain woh boxing se pehle apne hath par patti ya kapda jarur bandh le otherwise aapke hath ki skin chhil sakti hai. Regular kick practice or boxing se aapki body me bhi jaan aayegi or weight bhi ek dum badhne se body ki skin bhi tight rahegi. :yes:

Goond i think urdu word hai isliye maine goond word use kiya in english it calls normal "Glue"

Agar indian Adds dekhte hain to "Fevicol" bhi use kar sakte hain jo aksar lakdi ko chipkane ke kaam aati hai.

Bhaijaan maine baat intrest ki nahi fitness ki kar rha hoon. Ab yeh bhi bta deta hoon ki yeh kyo jaruri hai jab body ek dum weight gain karti hai to body ki skin loos pad jati hai jisko aap punjabi me "Thul-Thul" bhi kehte ho. :clown: Isliye body ko koi hardwork out ki jarurat hoti hai jisse body ki muscles tight bani rahe.

Kick boxing se aapki poori body shake karti hai or kick or punch ki wajah se skin me tightness bani rehti hai isse aapka weight bhi badhega or body ki skin bhi tight rahegi. Iska ek phayeda or bhi hai agar aap regular kick boxing karte ho to during fight kabhi kisi ko kick ya punch maarkar dekh lena samajh me aa jayega ki yeh kyo jaruri hai.  :devil2:

Wese agar kisi ko fast weight gain karna hai to main niche ek photo share kar rha hoon yeh dawayi aap le sakte hain its completly ayurvedic or koi side effect bhi nahi hai.
