lekin bahir se sahi se 6packs nai bane balke aik darmiani si layer reh gai hai gosht ki jisse hath lagane se pata bhi chalta ha k under the muscles kafi strong hai but bahir se sahi shape nahi bani 8 months ho gai hain use club join kie hoe
