bhai i think there is lil confusion . inner muscles hard ho chuke hai just like a stone bahir se sahi shape nahi ayi.
and 2nd kam az kum 1:30 ghanta daily hum punching bag par already paseena baha rahe hai or puch k power ki baat k lia itna he kafi hai k aik 5 inch ki dewar me se aik puch me aint nikal ati hai .
aur hum i think jiu jitsu , taikawando , karate (shotokun style ) , judo , mauy thai already seekh rahe hai jab k week me aik din 2 ghantey ki class stick fighting ki bhi hoti hai so is se ziada i don't think so koi time laga sakta hai .
jaha tak baat hai karate ya taikawando ki real life me application sirf itna hi kaho ga k agar koi seekhne wala aur seekhane wala ho to 3 maheenay ki karate training se app 5 larko ko to bohat assani se leta sakto ho (personal experience ) .
now on tha move . main shaid sahi se describe nahi kar paya bazo ko ghumatey waqt agar ap us ka bazo sedha rakh k elbow joint k pechey apni hatheli ya elbow se hi proper pressure bana k rakho to us ki himmat nahi ho gi hilnay ki aur agar koi chalaki kare bhi to sirf aik jhantkey se wo joint dislocate ho sakta hai ya phir wo jese he ap k bazo ko pakarne ki koshish karo us ki pasli me aik side se knee hit karo wo kam az kam 4 feet to door gire ga hi (itna door to hum apni training me aik dusrey ko phenk dete hai)

yaha ka biggest prob ap apni post edit nahi kar sakte .
btw hum cardio exercises b daily karte hai aur kafi se ziada time is me lagate hai . muje ya baki larko ko ase koi khas prob nahi hoi aur hamara paet kafi achi shape me hai but bus mere us donst to hi ye prob aye ai . and uski tond nai nikli hoi just skin + outer muscles ki halki si layer latak si gai hai koi specific exercise hoiski to wo please bata dejye ga .
and Karate bakwas game nai ha buss koi sekhne wala ho aur sekhane wala ho

Main aapki problem samajh gya hoon or uska ilaaj bhi maine btaya tha ki pehle cardio exercise lo phir abbs exercise karoge to woh  problem thik ho jayegi. kyoki cardio se pet me jo extra fatt jam gya hai woh burn hoga or pet ki shape ke liye abbs exercise the best hai. Bhaijaan aap kaha karate or taekwando jaise sport ko krav maga se compare kar rhe ho?

If you know Krav maga is commando martial arts training isme without any weapon multiple armed opponent se ladne ki training di jati hai ab socho agar koi bina hathiyar krav maga fighter se ladega to uska kya haal hoga. Krav maga me insaan ko ek tarah se complete human weapon bna diya jata hai or zahir hai iski training bhi bohot hard hoti hai. Jab mehnat karni hi hai to kisi achhi tecnique par mehnat karo taaki in future uska achha result mil sake kaha karate judo or taekwando jaisi tecnique me apna waqt zaya kar rhe ho. Ek krav maga fighter jarurat padne par body ke har part fight me use kar sakta hai uske liye koi rule nahi hai. Ab aapko farak bhi samjha deta hoon ki aapki or meri tecnique me farak kitna bada hai. Aapko training me kick punch palm hit hi sikhaya jata hai jabki krav maga me punch, elbow, palm strike, hammer fist, head butt, shoulder hitt, hips hitt, knee attack, heel of the foot attack yha tak ki corrode of nails and bite of the opponent tak use kiya jata hai infact jarurat padne par hum koi bhi body joint ka subbmission move bhi laga sakte hain.  Krav maga is the most brutual fight tecnique in the world. khair sirf itna hi kahunga ki krav maga ki martial arts me world ranking or karate or taekwando ki world ranking check kar lo sara weham door ho jayega. :tooth:

Agar move ki baat karu to main ab bhi kehta hoon ki against krav maga fighter attack from behind yeh galat move hai phir bhi shaq ho to apne trainer ko kehna ki kisi bhi krav maga ke student par yeh move azma lena infact woh chahe to koi rodd ya danda bhi istemal kar sakta hai from behind fir bhi kehta hoon uska weham nikal jayega apke trainer ki baat isliye kar rha hoon kyoki naturally woh aapse behtar janta hoga or krav maga ka student hi aapke trainer ko sambhal lega. :P

Main exercise bta rhaa hoon or jaise bta raha hoon step by step wese hi karni hai your friends problem will be solved. :punk:

Ek baat apne friend ko bol dena oilly food ya junk food khata hai to ek dum band karde otherwise exercise par waqt zaya na kare. Jitna jada ho sake din me paani piye if possible so 6-7 ltr water a day. yeh matabolizm ko strong karega or bhookh se thoda kam hi khana khaye. agar usne 3 month meri btayi hui exercise ki or rules ko follow kiya to usko 100% achha result milega. :yes:


First step :- (4 set of this exercise each set atleast 25 times)

and thanks for info on Krav maga but yaha koi is lvl ka instructor nahi hai krav maga ka jis k pass jaya jae shaid koi neem hakeem ho bhu city me but app to jante he hai neem hakeem ........
but phir bhi try karo ga agar internet se koi details mill saki kuch techniques ki to zaroor practice karo ga unki . and yes krav maga k against wo technique sack me ghalt ha but ap opponent ko dekh k he kuch bhi karte hai . jese hamari self defence class me hame agar koi samne se apka gala dbai to 4-6 techniques sekhai gai hain bachne k lia jiss me ap opponent ki ribs toor sakte ho naak ki hadi tour sakte so  hatheli ka inner blade mar kar behosh kar sakte ho aur sirf neche gira kar qabo bhi kar sakte ho lekin agar ap ne ghalt admi k against ghalt jaga ghalt technique use ki to is se worse ap k sath bhi hosakta hai thats why i prefer karate in street fights before any other technique k ise se app opponent ko ache se check kar sakte ho bina bohat ziada risk lia . aur aik dafa weakness and strength pata chal jai then u just need a final push .

Bhaijaan net par krav maga se related sahi videos milna bohot mushkil hai kyoki jo hain woh kuch khas kaaam ki nahi hain phir bhi aap try kar lo agar milte hain to ek baar dikha jarur dena taaki aapko bta saku ki move prectice karne layaq hai bhi ya nahi. Wese yeh videos check kar lena aapko kaafi help milegi for learn the moves for street fight. :punk:

thanks for links . and so Krav maga is a combination of diff martial art techniques with no rules .
most of the moves shown in the videos are from karate , mauy thai and jiu jitsu diff is we don't normally use them in tournaments due to rules like low kick on leg its ban in karate tournements but its still a part of karate in shotokun known as " yako giri "
so i can say if i mix all those techniques what i know and forget each and every rule i know 70-80% krav maga . although i didn't practiced that much with weapons but i have some experience :smartass:

No bro krav maga is completly diffrent then karate jo last ki 2 video maine aapko bheji hai its not krav maga its complete street fight jo ki karate me nahi seekhaya jata isliye aapko woh videos bheja tha taki street fight me woh aapke kaam aa sake baki first video krav maga demo tha jisko aap complete krav maga to nahi bol sakte kyoki usme jo move dikhaye gye hain woh sirf basic moves hain jabki real moves to kafi jada deadly hain isliye woh moves sirf training me hi sikhaye jate hain issi wajah se maine kaha tha ki complete krav maga moves net par milna bohot mushkil hai.

Krav maga is basically mixture of Muay thai, Jiu Jitsu, Silat, Wrestling, Boxing, aikido and complete street fighting with combination of Wing chun + MMA Submission moves (Mix Martial arts) and medical science of bodies joints who teach fighters about weakness of the body parts and other all pressure points. Iss tecnique ko bnane ka main maksad tha ki sab martial arts tecnique ke complete deadly moves ko combine karke ek essi tecnique bnayi jaye jisme na koi rule ho na hi koi boundation means ki jarurat padne par or apni jaan bachane ke liye fighter kisi bhi hadh tak ja sakta hai... because its a commando tecnique so during fight rules ka to sawaal hi nahi paida hota kyoki commando fights me jeene or marne ki hadh tak ladayi hoti hai or jeetne wala apni jaan bachane or opponent ki jaan lene ke liye koi bhi deadly move apne opponent par apply kar sakta hai.  :punk:

Wese iski complete training 5 saal ki hoti hai but maine australia se 3 saal ki proffesional training lee hai kyoki aagey ke 2 saal ki training me sirf commando training hi hoti hai jo ki seekhna kisi bhi civilians ko allow nahi hai because usme har tarah ki gun chalane ki complete training di jati hai jisko ki sirf army wale ya policewale hi seekh sakte hain.

Over all as a civillian 3 saal ki training aapko complete human weapon bna deti hai. kyoki 3 saal ki hardcore training me aapko body ka har part as a weapon use karna seekhaya jata hai. yha tak ki by-chance agar krav maga fighter ko koi serious injury ho jane par woh pass me padi koi bhi chij ko as a weapon apne opponent par use kar sakte hai like News papar, Key or Key chain, pathar, table, chair, glass ya bottal kuch bhi jo hath me aaye uthakar woh apne opponent ke face par maar sakta hai i repeat sir par nahi face par jaha har tissue soft hota hai or hitt lagne par serious damage hota hai. Isliye maine kaha ki krav maga or Karate ya taekwando me koi muqable nahi kyoki aapki tecnique me shuru ki prectice se hi esse moves seekhaye jate hain ki deadly fights me fighter apni practice ke according hi ladta reh jata hai. kyoki usne jis body part par shuru se attack karna seekha hai woh wahi attack karega kyoki uske trainer ne rules ko dheyan me rakhkar hi uski practice karwayi hoti hai. Jabki krav maga me shuru se hi body ke har kamzor part par sabse pehle attack karna seekhaya jata hai. :yes:

i can't start a new post without approval of modretor jo k yaha hain hi nahi . so apko he start karna hoga waha par hi discuss karein ge detail me . well basic diff to app ne bata hi dia jo 5-6 techniques mene sekhi hain un ke basic rules hota hain k apne sath sath opponent ko bhi bachate hoi us par apni bartari sabit kar k kisi bhi qisam ki injury avoid karo apne lia bhi and opponent k lia bhi , jab k app khud bata rahe hai k krav maga is all about "kill that bastard who tried to mess with u  :gun_bandana: "
diff to hoga he na but main aik baat zaror kaho ga main cheez insan khud hota hai technique sirf help karti hai . agar app me killer instinct hi nahi hai to krav maga bhi baqi sab ki tarah hai warna aik simple karate punch bhi dusrey ka kaam kar sakta hain so its all depends on the one using any technique

around  25km walk a week kar raha hon
result ye araha he ke meri legs or arms  thin ho gaye hen kafi ziyada  i mean zarorat se ziyada

or mere belly or  hate handles ( i like to call love handles as hate handles )  par koi asaar nahen ho raha he
