btw hum cardio exercises b daily karte hai aur kafi se ziada time is me lagate hai . muje ya baki larko ko ase koi khas prob nahi hoi aur hamara paet kafi achi shape me hai but bus mere us donst to hi ye prob aye ai . and uski tond nai nikli hoi just skin + outer muscles ki halki si layer latak si gai hai koi specific exercise hoiski to wo please bata dejye ga .
and Karate bakwas game nai ha buss koi sekhne wala ho aur sekhane wala ho


Main exercise bta rhaa hoon or jaise bta raha hoon step by step wese hi karni hai your friends problem will be solved. :punk:

Ek baat apne friend ko bol dena oilly food ya junk food khata hai to ek dum band karde otherwise exercise par waqt zaya na kare. Jitna jada ho sake din me paani piye if possible so 6-7 ltr water a day. yeh matabolizm ko strong karega or bhookh se thoda kam hi khana khaye. agar usne 3 month meri btayi hui exercise ki or rules ko follow kiya to usko 100% achha result milega. :yes:


First step :- (4 set of this exercise each set atleast 25 times)

Garmi me humko jitna ho sake body ka temprature kam se kam rakhne ki koshish karni chahiye iska sabse best ilaaj hai glucose agar aap din me kam se kam 3-4 baar bhi glucose peete ho to body kaafi hadh tak khud hi recover kar leti hai body se sabse jada liquid paseene ki shaqal me nikalta hai isliye koshish karo ki garmi me jitna ho sake paseena kam se kam aaye uske liye khud ko jada se jada thandi jagah par rakho agar bahar nikalna jaruri hai to koshish karo ki jitna jada ho sake face or sir ko cover karke hi nikalo kyoki sir or face par sabse jada dhoop lagti hai. or jitna ho sake jada se jada thandi chije khao or paani piyo. If possible than once in a day kam se kam 1 glass juice jarur piyo jisse body ko energy milti rahe. Agar body se lagatar paseena nikalta rahe or body ka temprature badhta rahe to body dehydration ka shikaar ho sakti hai jisse bukhar ulti chakkar aane jaisi problem face karni pad sakti hain jinko B.P. High ya low ka problem hai unko apne body ke temprature ka sabse jada khayaal rakhna chahiye kyoki unki body ka temrature direct unke BP se juda hota hai.

Hmari body ke bare me ek khas baat aapko btadu jinko dhoop me ghumne ka jada shonk hai.
