fitness to nahi health ka aik prob hai 50C ki garmi se kese bachein ?

Garmi me humko jitna ho sake body ka temprature kam se kam rakhne ki koshish karni chahiye iska sabse best ilaaj hai glucose agar aap din me kam se kam 3-4 baar bhi glucose peete ho to body kaafi hadh tak khud hi recover kar leti hai body se sabse jada liquid paseene ki shaqal me nikalta hai isliye koshish karo ki garmi me jitna ho sake paseena kam se kam aaye uske liye khud ko jada se jada thandi jagah par rakho agar bahar nikalna jaruri hai to koshish karo ki jitna jada ho sake face or sir ko cover karke hi nikalo kyoki sir or face par sabse jada dhoop lagti hai. or jitna ho sake jada se jada thandi chije khao or paani piyo. If possible than once in a day kam se kam 1 glass juice jarur piyo jisse body ko energy milti rahe. Agar body se lagatar paseena nikalta rahe or body ka temprature badhta rahe to body dehydration ka shikaar ho sakti hai jisse bukhar ulti chakkar aane jaisi problem face karni pad sakti hain jinko B.P. High ya low ka problem hai unko apne body ke temprature ka sabse jada khayaal rakhna chahiye kyoki unki body ka temrature direct unke BP se juda hota hai.

Hmari body ke bare me ek khas baat aapko btadu jinko dhoop me ghumne ka jada shonk hai. Jab hum 15 minute se jada dhoop me rehte hain to hmari body sweat karna shuru kar deti hai may be jadatar logo ko yeh baat pta nahi hogi lekin hmari body agar lagatar sweat kare to hum apni body ka 16% liquid paseene ki shaqal me body se reduce kar dete hain ab jo log mote hain woh sochenge yeh to achha hai lekin essa actuall me hai nahi kyoki exercise me jo paseena aata hai usse hmari body ka fat burn hota hai lekin jo garmi se paseena aata hai usko aap fat kabhi mat samjhiye woh actually me hmari body me store hua liquid hota hai jiski kami agar ho jaye to body me weakness aane lagti hai isliye jitna ho sake garmi me kam se kam bahar nikale or jada se jada thandi chije khaye piye taki body ka temprature kam se kam badh sake or body ko sath-sath energy bhi milti rahe... Thandi chijo me sabse best fruit juice hai phir lassi hai uske alawa glucose sabse best hai.

Ek baat or agar aap garmi me cold drinks jada peete hain to jitna jaldi ho sake band kar dijiye kyoki hum sabko pta hai ki cold drink me gas hoti hai lekin kya kabhi kisi ne notice kiya ki humko cold drink peete hi jada paseena kyo aane lagta hai? Gas se hmari body ke sweat cells open ho jate hain jisse hume jada se jada paseena aane lagta hai or isse sugar level bhi kam hone lagta hai isliye jada garmi lagne par cold drink kabhi nahi peeni chahiye kyoki isse aapki body me ulta jada weakness aayegi kyoki body normal se jada sweat karegi. Wese bhi cold drinks bnane me kuch esse chemicals use hote hain jo hmari body ke liye bilkul sahi nahi hai.

Aapko ek kissa btata hoon kuch waqt pehle main ek dost se milne uske gaav gya tha to pta chala woh khet hai waha maine dekha ki woh banda kheto me pepsi or cocacola garam karke daal rha hai maine puchha yeh kya kar rha hai bola yeh mujhe spray se jada sasti padti hai isse fasal ko keeda bhi nahi lagta to socha yhi daal deta hoon ab jo chij spray ki jagah use ho sakti hai socho woh hmare pet ke liye kitni khatarnaak hogi.

bhai ye sab se mushkil hai kio k club se wapsi par agar 2-3 ghantey apna uniform hawa par na latkae to wo kushk nahi hota to paseena kese avoid karain . isa kio hota hai wo bar bar bolna ab acha nahi lagta

Lagta hai aapne meri baat poori nahi padhi... maine bola to hai ki thandi chije khao jitna ho sake jada se jada glucode piyo or face or sir ko dhak kar dhoop me nikalo isse paseena kam se kam aayega or glucose body ki energy ki recovery bhi karti rahegi.  :yes:

thanks rana... but problem wohi hai k mein exercise nahi kar sakta...

na to koi aesi machines hain yahan... aur na time...

sach pocho... kal sirf 10 minute k liye samne wali shop par chala gya, peeche se 8 customers aese hi chale gaye beghair satisfy howe...

Usko high BP ka problem hai kya?
apni baat ki hain and BP ka koi prob nahi ha bus normal logo se paseena thora (nahi thora nahi bohat) ziada ata hai .
btw this question was just to get some traffic to this thread . aur ye wase bhi aj kal ka aik bara masla hain (garmi wala) lekin koi yaha akar puche ga nahi is lia . btw mujhe paseenay wali aur us k natejay me hone wali dehydration ka abb kafi tajurba ho chuka ha aur apne app ko maintain karna bhi ab seekh chuka ho so don't worry much about this

thanks rana... but problem wohi hai k mein exercise nahi kar sakta...

na to koi aesi machines hain yahan... aur na time...

sach pocho... kal sirf 10 minute k liye samne wali shop par chala gya, peeche se 8 customers aese hi chale gaye beghair satisfy howe...

Phir khane peene me to parhez kar hi sakte ho jada masaledaar or oilly food avoid karo. :yes:

Mostly log jo mirch masale jada khate hain unko jada paseena aata hai. Agar tum kehte ho ki mirch masale or oilly food nahi khata phir bhi paseena jada aata hai to yeh ho hi nahi sakta. Kyoki hum jaisa food khate hain hmari body bhi same wese hi humko respond karna shuru kar deti hai isliye agar hum masale or oilly food khayenge to naturall si baat hai khoon ki taseer garam hogi jiss body ka temprature badhega or paseena jada aayega so baat ghum phirkar wahi aa gyi jo maine previous post me bola tha ki thandi chije khao. :yes:
