mirch maselay to me waqai khata ho sabz mirch ka achar to mera fav hai uske baghair to khana bohat he mushkil hota hai . btw mene bhi first time he kaha tha thandi cheeze khane wala kaam to me kar sakta hoo

Uske sath masale or mirchi khani bhi kam karni hogi...  :oops:

Kamaal hai main to B.Com karke hi M.B.B.S ban gya...  :clown:

thanks rana... but problem wohi hai k mein exercise nahi kar sakta...

na to koi aesi machines hain yahan... aur na time...

sach pocho... kal sirf 10 minute k liye samne wali shop par chala gya, peeche se 8 customers aese hi chale gaye beghair satisfy howe...

Phir khane peene me to parhez kar hi sakte ho jada masaledaar or oilly food avoid karo. :yes:
chalo jo thorra bohat khata tha, wo b band kar daita hoon...

Appnedix ka problem hai to aapko masalo ko or oilly food ko hath bhi nahi lagana chahiye aapko aapke doctor ne yeh baat btayi nahi?

Achha hai bhaijaan band kar doge to wese bhi its just a slow poison nothing else... Wese bhi insaan ya to zubaan ka zayeqa bar-qaraar rakh rakhta hai ya achhi or fitt body.

Ab aap dekh lo aapko kya chahiye... :whistling:

Wese ek suggestion hai din me jada nahi bas subah uthkar 15 minute apni body ke liye jarur nikala karo or dailly running kiya karo trust me you will be fitt and healthy for a long time sirf ek aadat ko accept kar lene se. :yes:

bohat ziada prob nahi hai annually 2-3 din k lia hata hai jab zara ziada bad parhaizi ho jae n pani pena kam kardo to  medicine , rest and thori si diet me ihteyat se set ho jata ha . Doc to har dafa kehta hai but ...........
u can guess the rest  ::)
