Kya hareesa pak mein b milta hai...?mai ne dubai mein bohat khaya tha...

Pakistan mey 2 numebr hareesa milta hay, genuine wahi arab countries mey hei milta hay aur perfect hareesa wh hota hay jis mey Camel ka gosh, Gandum ya bajra ho aur jab garma garam ho to uss ke ooper olive oil ki barsaat ho ... wallah ya habibi, ummu ummu ho jata hay ...  :clap:

Plantain (Musa paradisiacal)

This is one the world's best vegetable (fruit) ever that has very high sex effect. I am not sure, this is found in Pakistan but certainly I had this couple of times in UK ... poori chass hay yeh.

yahan main clear karna chahta houn larkoun main testosterone level hota hay and larkioun main estrogen.
kuch larkay jo larkion wali harkatay kartay hain and sexually weak hotay hain en main estrogen level zeada hota hay.
en kay leay zarouri hay woh apnay testosterone level barhain.en methods say
1. Get more Zinc(Dr say mashwara kar kay sarbex-z istemal karin)
2. Eat more healthy fats(bazari eshia kam istimal karin)
3. Lose body fat
4. Get rid of excess estrogen(vegetables use karin)
6. Get at least 6-to-8 hours of Sleep every night
7. Stress Less
8. Take 1000-to-1500mg of Vitamin C per day(vitamin c chlostrol level ko kam karti hay and ap ki body ko allow karti hay more testosterone and zinc bnanay main :)
9. Workout like a man(ap kesi physical sports main his lain)
12. Don't overheat your testicles

(Your testicles need to be 94-to-96 degrees or about 2 degrees cooler than your body temperature to function at it's best and produce the most testosterone so…

If you're wearing tight underwear, tight pants, take long HOT baths or do anything thing else to overheat your testicles… You may inhibit your testosterone production so it's best to wear looser clothes like boxers to prevent overheating your balls)
13. Don't Drink any Alcohol & Don't eat any Grapefruit
